今年是泉州海外交通史博物馆建馆30周年,又是中国海外交通史研究会成立10周年,这是值得我们热烈庆祝的。前有馆、会征文,又承慕良先生来函相约,著文以为纪念,对我来说应是义不容辞的,因为我深深受益于海交馆和海交史会。然而我更以为,海交馆和海交史会,以其出色的学术活动和学术刊物《海交史研究》,活跃于海内外的学术界,对我国的许多学术领域,都曾作出了积极贡献。(一)泉州海外交通史博物馆,在我国并非著名大馆,其成员也只有十数人。然而她不仅在1974年夏成功地进行了泉州湾宋代海船的发掘,开我国水下考古、海湾考古的先河,更在
