目的:探讨光敏剂瘤内注射后的光动力学疗效。方法:将高浓度血卟啉衍生物(HPD)直接注入荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤内24h后,对瘤体进行激光照射,16d后将鼠处死,取瘤称重并量取结痂面积及肿瘤体积,将瘤组织制成HE切片后再进行组织学观察。结果:瘤内注射后24h照射组(IT24)瘤表面结痂面积最大,与腹腔注射后24h照射组(IP24)及瘤内注射后立即照射组(IT0)比较,均有显著性差异。形态学观察可见,IT24组多核瘤巨细胞数明显高于IP24及IT0组。结论:局部注射可提高近期疗效,并可避免毒副作用
Objective: To investigate the photodynamic effects of photosensitizers after intratumoral injection. METHODS: High concentration of hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD) was directly injected into tumors of tumor-bearing mice for 24 hours. The tumors were exposed to laser irradiation. After 16 days, the mice were sacrificed. The tumors were weighed and the area of scarring and tumors were measured. The volume of the tumor tissue was made into HE slices before histological observation. RESULTS: The surface area of the tumors in the irradiated group (IT24) was the largest in the 24 h after injection of intratumoral injection, and there was a significant difference between the 24 h irradiated group (IP24) and the intratumoral injection immediately after the intraperitoneal injection (IT0). Morphological observation showed that the number of giant cells in the IT24 group was significantly higher than that in the IP24 and IT0 groups. Conclusion: Local injection can improve short-term efficacy and avoid toxic side effects
