已证明在急性感染诺氏疟原虫的猴血清和感染恶性疟原虫的人血清中都有可溶性抗原存在。本研究是测定用诺氏疟原虫的可溶性抗原免疫猕猴对继发感染的作用。用诺氏疟原虫H株感染刚成年的猕猴。当25%以上的红细胞感染后,在裂殖体破裂时或破裂后不久收集的血清,按Wilson法制备血清可溶性S-抗原,用Waddell法测定含有S-抗原上清液中蛋白质的含量,分装,减压冻干,-30C下储存备用。
It has been demonstrated that soluble antigens are present both in the serum of the monkey infected with P. nidulans and in the human serum infected with P. falciparum. This study was to determine the effect of immunization of macaques with soluble antigens of Plasmodium knowles against secondary infections. Fresh adult macaques were infected with Plasmodium knowlesi H strain. When more than 25% of erythrocytes were infected, sera collected at the time of rupture of schizonts or shortly after rupture were used to prepare serum soluble S-antigen according to Wilson’s method. The content of protein in the supernatant containing S-antigen was measured by Waddell method Equipment, vacuum freeze-dried, stored at -30C reserve.
