用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)作示踪物研究链脲佐菌素引起的8周实验性糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞膜通透性的变化。结果表明,糖尿病大鼠心肌中HRP阳性肌细胞数明显多于对照动物。这一结果提示,糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞膜通透性明显增大。这种异常的细胞膜通透性增大在糖尿病性心肌病的发生机理中可能起重要作用。
Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was used as a tracer to study the changes of myocardial cell membrane permeability induced by streptozotocin in 8 weeks experimental diabetic rats. The results showed that the number of HRP-positive myocytes in the myocardium of diabetic rats was significantly greater than that in control animals. This result suggests that the membrane permeability of myocardial cells in diabetic rats is significantly increased. This abnormal increase in cell membrane permeability may play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
