在经济日益迅猛发展的今天,环境侵权的案例比比皆是。在环境侵权诉讼中,受害一方往往因为举证困难导致维权之路异常艰辛已是非常突出而棘手的难题。笔者试图浅析受害者举证困难的原因及表现,并寻找应对之策。 With the rapid economic development, there are many cases of environmental infringement. In the environmental tort litigation, the abnormal hardships of the injured party, often resulting from the difficulty of providing evidence, have been very prominent and difficult problems. The author attempts to analyze the reasons and the performance of the victims to prove the difficulties, and look for coping strategies.
