在党的大闹技术革命、大搞机械化自动化号召的鼓舞下,全体职工反右傾,鼓干劲,通过学习兄弟厂的經驗,按我們小批、中批生产的性質,和工具品种多、鋼种复杂、形状不一的特点,經过几昼夜的苦战,用土洋結合的办法,建立一条刀具模具热处理自动生产綫。这条自动生产綫(如图1)把予热、最后加热、冷却、回火和清洗等工序組織在一条流水线上,使产品的生产路綫变得最短,从而有效地利用了作业面积,解决了热处理的繁重手工操作問題,基本上达到文明生产的要求。

This automatic production line (Figure 1) organizes the preheating, final heating, cooling, tempering, and cleaning processes on a single production line, minimizing the production route of the product, thereby effectively utilizing the work area and solving the problem. The heavy manual operation of heat treatment basically meets the requirements of civilized production.
