Since the “children sexual abuse in a primary school in Hainan Wanning” was disclosed to the public on May 8th, 2013, another nine incidents of children sexual abuse had been disclosed within about 20 days. As the International Children’s Day was around the corner, such inglorious crimes provoked rapid and widespread condemnation. People are more and more worried about the safety of children. In fact, children molestation exists in every country, and has been getting worse in recent years. How to prevent children from sexual abuse during the process of their growing up has become a challenge faced by many countries, including China.
　　自2013年5月8日爆出“海南万宁小学校长带女学生开房事件”起的20多天内，中国发生了至少9起猥亵性侵儿童的恶劣事件。就在“六一国际儿童节”来临之际，无耻之徒染指天真儿童的罪恶行径激起了社会各界人士此起彼伏的声讨之声。对于性侵儿童案的频繁暴出，人们除了痛心疾首之外，更多的是忧虑甚至无奈。其实，儿童性侵害问题存在于世界各国，并且近年来越来越严重。如何让儿童在成长过程中免受性侵的困扰，已经成为包括中国在内的诸多国家面临的难题。
