闸北区第一中心小学创办于1928年,创始人为中国当代教育家、儿童心理学家陈鹤琴先生,当时名为工部局北区小学。在将近八十年的办学历程中,学校始终坚持“以改革促发展”,倡导“做中求进步”,促进了学校办学水平的不断提高。1999年,学校提出创办“童心学校”的设想,这一教育理念既是对陈鹤琴教育思想的深化实践,也是对学校原有办学成果的提炼与继承,更是明确指出了学校未来自主发展的道路。近五年来,学校紧紧抓住“尊重童心,促进发展”的总课题,开展实践研究,进行全方位的改革,取得显著的发展。
Zhabei District First Central Primary School was founded in 1928, the founder of contemporary Chinese educator, child psychologist Chen Heqin, was named the Ministry of the North District primary school. In nearly 80 years of school history, the school always adhere to the “reform and promote development”, advocate “make progress while seeking progress”, and promote the continuous improvement of schooling. In 1999, the school put forward the idea of setting up a “innocent school”. This concept of education not only deepens Chen Heqin’s educational thinking but also refines and inherits the school’s original achievements in running schools. It clearly points out the way for the future development of schools in the future. In the past five years, the school has firmly grasped the general task of “respecting innocence and promoting development”, carried out practical research, conducted all-round reform and achieved remarkable growth.
