文章利用作者过去建立的浮选模型,结合试验室正交试验结果,求出模型中的有关浮选特征的常数,再用浮选过程中的操作变量用逐步回归的方法包括到模型中去。最后利用浮选模拟器对小型试验结果推广到连续浮选时的操作条件进行寻优。在进行求解速度常数值的非线性回归及进行操作变量寻优时,分别使用了Powell 及Simplex直接寻优方法。
Based on the flotation model established by the author in the past and the orthogonal test results of the laboratory, the article obtains the constants related to the flotation characteristics in the model and then includes the variables in the flotation process by stepwise regression to the model. Finally, the flotation simulator is used to optimize the operating conditions of small-scale test results extended to continuous flotation. Powell and Simplex direct optimization methods are respectively used in the nonlinear regression to solve the constant value of velocity and the optimization of manipulated variables.
