由创伤、慢性劳损及韧带病变等引起尺神经损伤,产生小鱼际肌及骨间肌肌力下降、萎缩或麻痹的病例越来越多,对尺神经特别是其深支损伤后的临床诊断和治疗越来越受到重视。显微解剖及显微外科的发展使得对尺神经深支的行程、分支及分布等相关结构有了更深入的认识,同时对其损伤后的诊断和治疗水平也不断提高。为研究和探讨有关尺神经深支解剖学基础及其损伤后的临床诊断和治疗,作者查阅相关资料和文献,就有关尺神经深支的解剖与临床进行综述。
