一、前言汽轮机主轴绝对振动的非接触式测量,是近来国际上所采用的较为先进的振动测量方式目前,国内绝大部分汽轮发电机组还没有采用这种振动监测方式,其主要原因是还有很多技术问题有待解决,其中最主要的问题之一是:“组合传感器的相位补偿问题”。本文针对组合传感器相位差产生的原因,提出了一种经试验证明效果良好的相位补偿方式,采用此补偿方式可使组合传感器的“信号相加误差”小于0.3%,显著地提高了主轴绝对振动的测量精度。
