随着国民经济的快速发展,在满足了人们物质需求的基础上,人们开始追求更高层次的文化,而作为文化、历史的收藏与展览场所,博物馆在新时期需要承担更多的职能。那么,在面对当前的博物馆工作时,转型发展时期的博物馆管理工作又应该何去何从,就成为当前博物馆研究的重点方向之一。本文在分析博物馆作用的基础上,针对转型发展期博物馆管理工作存在的问题,提出管理工作新的思路途径,希望能够对博物馆的发展有一定的借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of the national economy, people have begun to pursue higher levels of culture on the basis of satisfying their material needs. As cultural and historical sites for collection and exhibition, the museum needs to assume more functions in the new era. So, in the face of the current museum work, the transition period of the museum management should go from here to become one of the key directions of the current museum. Based on the analysis of the function of the museum, the paper proposes a new way of thinking for the management of museums in the period of transformation and development, hoping to make some reference to the development of the museum.
