在设定的人工气候氯盐腐蚀的环境下,对两种不同水灰比的钢筋混凝土梁进行腐蚀时间不同的试验研究,分析氯盐腐蚀后钢筋混凝土梁的承载能力及钢筋锈蚀率。结果表明:同一水灰比的混凝土梁在不同腐蚀时间下的承载力与氯离子在混凝土中的侵蚀深度及其对钢筋腐蚀的程度密切相关;水灰比较大的混凝土梁中钢筋腐蚀率大。
Under the set conditions of artificial salt and chloride corrosion, two kinds of reinforced concrete beams with different water-cement ratio were tested under different corrosion time, and the bearing capacity and corrosion rate of reinforced concrete beams after chloride salt corrosion were analyzed. The results show that the bearing capacity of concrete beams with the same water-cement ratio at different corrosion times is closely related to the chloride ion erosion depth in concrete and the degree of corrosion of steel bars. The corrosion rate of steel bars in concrete beams with large water-cement ratio is large.
