使用水泥稳定砂砾作为半刚性基层,具有稳定性高,经济性好的特点。水泥稳定砂砾材料的最大干密度与最佳含水量的确定使用的是与黏土相同原理的击实方法。由于砂砾材料中细颗粒少,透水性强,因此不具备黏土材料的击实特性,采用重型击实的方法往往得不到凸型的击实曲线。分析了砂砾材料的击实特性,在假设水泥浆能够填充混合材料当中任意小孔隙的前提下,建立了有效可行的砂砾饱水振动+水泥填充修正的击实方法。

Based on the assumption that the grout can fill any small pores in the mixed material, an effective compaction method of gravel water saturation + cement filling correction is established.
