本文采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)研究了内源激素GA3与水稻再生芽萌发的关系。结果表明:水稻内源激素GA3含量的变化与水稻再生芽休眠、萌发生长的关系十分密切。头季稻抽穗后20天内稻株内源激素GA3含量较低,再生芽处于休眠状态。头季抽穗20天以后随着再生芽的萌发生长,内源激素GA3的含量急剧增加。再生芽萌发后,各节位芽中的GA3含量存在较大差异。GA3含量高的芽,其生长量也越大。说明水稻再生芽的萌发受内源激素GA3调控。高含量的内源激素GA3利于打破再生芽休眠和促进再生芽萌发生长。
In this paper, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to study the relationship between the endogenous hormone GA3 and the germination of rice regenerated buds. The results showed that there was a close relationship between the content of GA3 and the dormancy and germination and growth of regenerated buds in rice. The content of endogenous hormones GA3 was lower in the first 20 days after heading and the regenerated shoots were in dormancy. After 20 days of heading season, the content of endogenous hormone GA3 increased sharply with the germination and growth of regenerated shoots. After the germination of regenerated buds, the content of GA3 in buds of each node is quite different. GA3 high content of buds, the greater its growth. The germination of rice regenerated buds was regulated by endogenous hormones GA3. High levels of endogenous hormones GA3 help to break the regenerative bud dormancy and promote the germination and growth of regenerative buds.
