2007年,我们党在召开十七大时,就阐明了构建社会主义核心价值体系基本要求,提升社会主义意识形态凝聚力的任务。应推动该价值体系大众化作为增强社会主义意识形态的“吸引力和凝聚力”中的重要任务来抓。而实现民众对社会主义核心价值体系的认同在实际上就是推进了社会主义核心价值体系的大众化。也就是对社会主流价值观的认同。民众对社会主流价值观的认同不仅是政党执政合法性的重要基础,与此同时也是增强新时期党执政合法性的行之有效的做法。
In 2007, at the time of the 17th National Congress, our party set forth the task of building the basic requirements of the socialist core value system and enhancing the cohesion of socialist ideology. The popularization of the value system should be promoted as an important task in enhancing the “attractiveness and cohesion” of socialist ideology. In fact, realizing the public’s acceptance of the socialist core value system has actually pushed forward the popularization of the socialist core value system. That is the recognition of the mainstream values of society. The public’s recognition of the mainstream values of the society is not only an important basis for the legitimacy of party governance, but also an effective way to enhance the legitimacy of the party in power in the new era.
