本文报告100例反复感染患儿血腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性及免疫功能改变。反复感染儿ADA 平均活性为22.63±12.16u/ml(下称u),较135例健康儿童血ADA 平均活性(26.56±10.8u)低,二者有显著性差异(t=2.881,p<0.005。其中18例ADA 活性为0~9.67u,低于健康儿童ADA 活性下限(<10u,X-2SD)。18例中15例细胞免疫功能受检患儿,细胞免疫功能均有不同程度降低,5/8例血清免疫球旦白水平及细胞免疫功能有不同程度的低下.结果提示部分反复感染儿童血ADA 活性水平可能有所降低,少数患儿可能显著低下.
This article reports 100 cases of recurrent infections in children with adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity and immune function changes. The average activity of ADA in repeated infection was 22.63 ± 12.16u / ml (u), which was lower than that of 135 healthy children (26.56 ± 10.8u), with significant difference (t = 2.881, p <0.005) .Among them, ADA activity in 18 cases was 0 ~ 9.67u, which was lower than the lower limit of ADA activity (<10u, X-2SD) in 18 healthy children.The immune function of 15 patients with cellular immune function in 18 cases were all decreased to some extent, 5/8 serum immunoglobulin levels and cellular immune function have varying degrees of low.The results suggest that some children with repeated infection of blood ADA activity levels may be reduced, a small number of children may be significantly lower.
