目的对某食品企业罐装薯片生产新建项目进行职业病控制效果评价,明确其职业病危害程度及职业病防护效果。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、检测法以及检查法等,识别和分析该项目存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度,并找出关键控制点,评价职业病危害防护措施的效果。结果该项目职业病危害防护措施基本有效,但部分岗位存在超标,依据建议整改,可进一步降低职业病危害风险。结论该项目存在职业病危害,应加强预防和管理,保护劳动者健康。
Objective To evaluate the effect of occupational disease control on newly-built potato crisp potato production project of a food enterprise, clarify the degree of occupational disease hazard and the effect of occupational disease prevention. Methods Occupational health field investigation, detection and inspection methods were adopted to identify and analyze the occupational hazards and hazards of the project, and to find out the key control points and evaluate the effects of protective measures against occupational hazards. Results The protective measures against occupational hazards in this project were basically effective, but some posts were over-standard. Based on the proposed rectification, the risk of occupational diseases could be further reduced. Conclusion There are occupational hazards in this project. Prevention and management should be strengthened to protect labors’ health.
