目的掌握广州市2008年食物中毒现况。方法对广州市疾病预防控制中心2008年收集的食物中毒资料建立数据库,按时间、致病因素、致病食品、责任单位、引发环节等进行统计分析。结果共报告食物中毒76起,中毒668人,死亡3人。微生物性食物中毒起数和中毒人数最多,共39起,中毒411人,分别占总数的51.32%、61.53%;有毒动植物性食物中毒死亡病例数最多,共16起,中毒143人,死亡2人,分别占总数的21.05%、21.41%、66.67%;化学性共14起,中毒60人,死亡1人,分别占总数的18.42%、8.98%、33.33%;原因未明7起,中毒54人,分别占总数的9.21%、8.08%。平均每起患者数最多为微生物性(10.54例),病死率最高为化学性(1.67%)。结论广州市食物中毒形势依然严峻,应加强针对性防控,降低食物中毒疾病负担。
Objective To understand the status of food poisoning in Guangzhou in 2008. Methods A database of food poisoning data collected by CDC in 2008 was set up and analyzed by time, risk factors, pathogenic foods, responsible units and other aspects. Results A total of 76 food poisonings, 668 poisonings and 3 deaths were reported. The number of microbial food poisonings and the highest number of poisoning, a total of 39, 411 people were poisoned, accounting for 51.32%, 61.53% of the total; poisonous animal and plant food poisoning the largest number of deaths, a total of 16, poisoning 143 people, death 2 Accounting for 21.05%, 21.41% and 66.67% of the total respectively; there were 14 chemical agents, 60 were poisoned and 1 died, accounting for 18.42%, 8.98% and 33.33% respectively of the total number; Accounting for 9.21% and 8.08% of the total respectively. The average number of patients per case was at most microbial (10.54), and the highest case fatality rate was chemical (1.67%). Conclusion The situation of food poisoning in Guangzhou is still grim. Targeted prevention and control should be strengthened to reduce the burden of food poisoning diseases.
