运动心电图负荷试验虽是诊断冠心病常用的无创伤性检查方法,但与侵入性冠状动脉造影相比,其临床应用价值始终存在争议。本文提出的经食道心房起搏分级心向量图负荷试验(下称向量负荷),是一种新的无创伤性检查方法,目前尚未见到报道。通过对102例冠心病及正常人的对比研究,旨在初步进行方法学探讨及临床应用评价,并对比其与常规心电图负荷试验的相互关系、优点及不足。临床资料及方法一.对象: 102例受试者为心内科住院或门诊病人以及体检的健康人。其中冠心病组60例(男45例,女15例),平均年龄54岁(40~74岁),均符合1979年国际心脏病学会和协会及世界卫生组织临床命名标准化联合专业组拟定的“缺血性心脏病诊断的命名及标准”。正常对照组42例(男31例,女11例),平均年龄52岁(24~72岁),均经临床、心电图、X线和/或超声心动图检查,除外了冠心病、严重贫血、肺气肿、甲状腺疾病以及瓣膜性心脏病等。均无电
