我科自1981年4月至1983年2月采用额乳和枕乳导联共查以头晕为主要症状的脑阻抗血流图200例。年龄在18～70岁间,以51～60岁居多;男117例,女83例,男:女为1.4:1。病因以临床第一诊断为主,主要有高血压32例(16%),脑动脉硬化52例(26%),血管性头痛56例(28%),植物神经功能紊乱6例(3%),神经官能症4例(2%),头晕原因待查46例(23%),其他4例(2%)。在200例脑阻抗血流图中可见各种波形,但以转折波居多,额乳导联中113例(56.5%),枕乳导联中88例(44%)。重搏波以“隐约”居多,额乳
