In 1996, Sihong County Water Conservancy Bureau adhered to the principle of “grasping both hands and both hands should be hard” and made remarkable progress in building two civilizations. It has been awarded as an advanced unit by the Provincial Department of Water Resources and Suqian Water Resources Bureau.
