近年来,移动商务的发展日益引起国内外学者的关注,成为一个重要的热点研究领域。其中,关于移动商务用户行为的研究,特别是对用户的采纳、使用及持续使用移动商务的关键影响因素的研究,有助于加深对移动商务用户行为特征的认知。因此,我们通过回顾近年来国内外移动商务用户行为问题的研究,针对用户采纳、使用和持续使用三个角度,从移动商务本身因素、用户个人因素、外部因素及多方面因素等四个方面,分析了国内外移动商务用户行为问题的研究现状,并提出了整合的研究框架。同时,通过分析和总结,发现目前移动商务研究存在的局限,讨论了未来可能的研究发展方向。
In recent years, the development of mobile commerce has aroused more and more attention of domestic and foreign scholars, becoming an important hot research field. Among them, the research on the behaviors of mobile commerce users, especially the research on the key factors that influence users ’adoption, use and continuous use of mobile commerce, will help to deepen their understanding of mobile commerce users’ behavioral characteristics. Therefore, by reviewing the researches on behavioral problems of mobile commerce users both at home and abroad in recent years, we focus on the three aspects of user adoption, use and continuous use. From the four aspects of mobile commerce itself, personal factors, external factors and many factors, The research status of mobile commerce user behavior problems at home and abroad is analyzed and an integrated research framework is proposed. At the same time, by analyzing and summarizing, we find the limitations of current mobile commerce research and discuss the possible research directions in the future.
