当前,高职院校思政课教学存在学生素质参差不齐、师资队伍素质不高、教学方法单一等问题,为此,高职院校应坚持以学生为主体,通过教学设计职业化、教学过程实用化等措施激发学生学习积极性;应加强师资队伍建设,通过把控准入制度、加强教师进修培训等途径提升教师队伍整体素质;应注重理论知识与实践活动的结合,通过丰富教学方式、与日常教育活动结合等方式创新教学模式。
