目的:建立HPLC同时测定血必净注射液中尿苷、没食子酸、鸟苷、丹参素钠、芍药苷、原儿茶醛、阿魏酸、红花黄色素A、洋川芎内酯I、洋川芎内酯H和丹酚酸B的方法。方法:采用Aglient Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相0.5%乙酸水(A),甲醇-乙腈-乙酸(40∶60∶0.5)(B)梯度洗脱;体积流量1 mL.min-1;检测波长280 nm;柱温35℃;自动进样20μL。结果:11种成分的线性关系良好,精密度、重复性、稳定性的RSD都低于3%,加样回收率为95.02%~104.94%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,能有效控制血必净注射液的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of uridine, gallic acid, guanosine, sodium danshensu, paeoniflorin, protocatechuic aldehyde, ferulic acid, safflower yellow pigment A, Chuanxiong lactone H and salvianolic acid B method. Methods: Aglient Zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of a gradient of 0.5% acetic acid in water and methanol-acetonitrile- Flow rate 1 mL.min-1; Detection wavelength 280 nm; Column temperature 35 ℃; Auto-injection 20μL. Results: The linear relationships of the 11 components were good. The RSDs of precision, repeatability and stability were all less than 3%. The recoveries of samples were 95.02% -104.94%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can effectively control the quality of Xuebijing injection.
