目的:检验事件冲击量表在维稳官兵群体中的信度和效度。方法:采用随机整群抽样法抽取427名维稳军人,对事件冲击量表进行信度和效度检验。结果:量表各个条目与总分相关系数为0.613~0.845(P<0.01)。探索性因素分析显示,所有因子载荷高于0.4,各条目因子归类与原量表一致。总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.955。验证性因素分析发现,拟合指标χ~2/f=1.956,拟合优度指数、增值拟合指数、比较拟合指数、近似均方根误差分别为0.945、0.932、0.953、0.041。结论:事件冲击量表信度和效度较好,达到了心理测量学标准,能够作为测查应激条件下军人心理应激状况的有效测量工具。
OBJECTIVE: To test the reliability and validity of the incident impact scale in maintaining stability among officers and men. Methods: A random cluster sampling method was used to extract 427 stable soldiers and test the reliability and validity of the incident impact scale. Results: The correlation coefficient between each item and total score was 0.613 ~ 0.845 (P <0.01). Exploratory factor analysis showed that all factor loads were higher than 0.4, and the classification of each factor was in accordance with the original scale. The Cronbach’s α coefficient for the total scale was 0.955. Confirmatory factor analysis found that the fitting index χ ~ 2 / f = 1.956, goodness-of-fit index, value-added fit index, comparison fit index, approximate root mean square error of 0.945,0.932,0.953,0.041. Conclusion: The reliability and validity of the incident impact scale is good, which has reached the standard of psychometrics and can be used as an effective measurement tool to test the psychological stress status of military personnel under stress conditions.
