韦家沟煤矿为薄煤层开采,为提高煤炭采出率,缩短工作面搬家时间,实现Y型通风,韦矿采用沿空留巷的布置方式进行作业。已有的巷旁支护方式不能满足巷道的支护要求,现选取膏体充填材料进行巷旁支护,运用理论计算和现场试验相结合的手段,计算并验证设计充填体的支护阻力及尺寸参数是否满足支护要求。验证后表明,膏体材料充填体稳定性较好,形变量不大,能够满足留巷巷旁支护要求。
