目前,一般用常规的苗床播种方法,从大量实生苗中选育油橄榄存在出苗率低(一般在30%以下)和出苗时间长(二个月左右)的问题。为此,我们开展了离体胚培养试验;同时,还结合化学、物理和其它因子的诱导,使其在离体胚培养过程中,引起某些性状的变异,以便选择有利于生产的性状,加速新品种的培育。目前关于油橄榄离体胚培养材料尚无报道。本文就培养技术、培养条件和移栽试验进行初步总结。
