我国社会与经济不断发展,现代化建设急需高素质的科技人才。然而,青少年随着年龄的增长对科学的兴趣减弱,对未来从事科学研究工作的理想也逐渐淡化,这影响着科技进步与社会发展。本研究以浙江省初中一年级学生为对象,通过问卷对其科学职业理想的状况和影响因素进行了探究。结果发现:虽然学生对科学感兴趣,但是很少有学生表示愿意成为一名科学家。家长、同学和学生本人对科学的态度,学习科学的自我效能、对科学家工作的认识,以及参加校外科学活动的频率是影响学生形成科学职业理想的潜在因素。研究还发现,学生的科学职业理想在性别和家庭背景上也存在差异。
The continuous development of our society and economy and the urgent need of high-quality scientific and technological personnel for the modernization drive. However, adolescents’ interest in science diminishes with age and their ideals for conducting scientific research in the future are gradually diminished, which affects the progress of science and technology and social development. In this study, the first-year junior high school students in Zhejiang Province as the object, through the questionnaire on the status of their scientific career ideology and influencing factors were explored. The results showed that: Although students are interested in science, few students express their willingness to be a scientist. Parents, students and students themselves on the attitude of science, to learn the self-efficacy of science, scientists work experience and participate in extra-school science activities are the frequency of influencing students to form a scientific career ideal potential factors. The study also found that students’ scientific career ideals also differ in gender and family context.
