大鼠用3%凝固汽油(0.6ml/10cm~2)于脱毛的背部造成20%BSA的Ⅲ°烧伤以后,补给正常生长需要量的维生素E(VE)0.2mg·100gbw~(-1).d~(-1),满足不了体内的需要。血清和肝脏VE的含量低于补给同样剂量的正常对照组,但血浆LPO却高于正常对照组。伤后14天,组织形态学检查可见到胸腺萎缩,皮质变薄,细胞皱缩,脾脏生发中心减少,睾丸萎缩,精子和精母细胞减少。当伤后补给VE的剂量增加到2mg·100gbw~(-1)·d~(-1)时,不仅血清和肝脏VE含量明显升高,而且血浆LPO含量也降到正常对照组水平;同时胸腺、脾脏和睾丸的组织形态学也接近正常对照组。
