以7001S等7个粳型光(温)敏核不育系和W6154S等7个籼型光(温)敏核不育系在上海作了育性转换特性的研究。二年研究结果表明,7001S等粳型核不育系育性主要受光照影响,具有较明显的育性转换特性,转换期1991年为8月22日~8月31日;1992年为8月28日~9月5日。育性转换时的日长为13h50min~14h,日照长度与不育度相关系数为0.844 8~0.903 6,温度对育性转换期的早迟有影响。W6154S等籼型核不育系对低温较敏感,没有明显的育性转换期,日照长度及温度与不育度的相关均未达极显著水平,相关系数为0.124 8~0.358 7。粳型核不育系可以在上海制种和繁殖;籼型核不育系目前尚难在上海直接利用。
Seven indica (thermo) sensitive genic male sterile lines including 7 japonica photoperiod (thermo) G male sterile line and W6154S were studied in Shanghai. The results of two years showed that the fertility of 7001S and other japonica CMS lines were mainly influenced by light and had obvious fertility transformation characteristics. The conversion period was from August 22 to August 31, 1991, and from August to August 1992 28th ~ September 5th. Fertility conversion of the day long 13h50min ~ 14h, sunshine length and sterile correlation coefficient of 0.844 8 ~ 0.903 6, the temperature of fertility transition period early or late. W6154S and other indica-type CMS lines were sensitive to low temperature and had no obvious transition period of fertility. The correlation between the length of sunshine, temperature and sterility were not significant at the very significant level with a correlation coefficient of 0.124 8 ~ 0.358 7. Japonica genic male sterile lines can be planted and propagated in Shanghai, while indica type sterile lines are not yet directly available in Shanghai.
