小学数学的学习需要教师对学生进行有针对性的教育。学生从幼儿园进入小学这个陌生环境,在心理上会有一个接受的周期。在这个周期中,学生对教师有一定的依赖性,特别是对教师的话语有强烈的信任感。因此教师在教育过程中需要给学生更多的鼓励,让学生能够在积极鼓励的环境下面对新学科的学习。基于此,我结合教学实践,从学习兴趣、激励、评价等方面在小学数学教学中的有效运用进行了具体研究和分析。
Primary school mathematics learning requires teachers to carry out targeted education of students. Students from kindergarten into the strange environment of primary school, psychologically there will be a cycle of acceptance. In this cycle, students have a certain dependence on teachers, especially the teachers’ words have a strong sense of trust. Therefore, teachers in the education process need to give students more encouragement, so that students can actively encourage the face of new subjects to learn. Based on this, I conducted a specific research and analysis on the effective use of primary school mathematics teaching in terms of learning interest, motivation and evaluation in combination with teaching practice.
