目的:探讨不同地区生活环境对女性IgM抗-A、抗-B抗体效价的影响。方法:用盐水介质凝集法检测35例海南赴武汉地区实习女性大学生在实习前和实习后IgM抗-A、抗-B抗体效价值,同时随机选取40例武汉本地实习女性大学生作为对照。结果:海南女性大学生来武汉实习前后IgM抗-A、抗-B抗体效价差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实习前IgM抗-A效价为224±181、IgM抗-B效价为160±96,实习3个月后IgM抗-A效价降为74±45、IgM抗-B效价降为63±32;而武汉本地女性大学生在实习前后IgM抗-A、抗-B抗体效价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不同地区生活环境可影响女性IgM抗-A、抗-B抗体效价值。
Objective: To investigate the influence of living environment in different regions on the titer of anti-A and anti-B IgM antibodies to female IgM. Methods: The serum IgM anti-A and anti-B antibody levels of 35 female college students from Hainan to Wuhan were detected by saline medium agglutination method before and after internship. Forty college students from local intern in Wuhan were randomly selected as the control. Results: The titer of IgM anti-A and anti-B antibody before and after Wuhan female internship was statistically significant (P <0.05), the anti-A titer of IgM before internship was 224 ± 181, the IgM anti-B titer Was 160 ± 96, the anti-A titer of IgM dropped to 74 ± 45 and the IgM anti-B titer decreased to 63 ± 32 after 3 months of internship.While local female college students in Wuhan had IgM anti-A and anti-B Antibody titer difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The living environment in different areas may affect the value of female IgM anti-A and anti-B antibodies.
