应用单纯CT或造影CT来发现肝肿瘤同正常肝组织间轻度吸收值的差别尚存在困难。作者利用肝脏网状内皮系统的吞噬功能,试制了肝组织亲和性造影剂,通过CT可以清楚地描出肝肿瘤在肝组织中的适影缺失部位。油性造影剂碘油乳剂最可能应用于临床。作者以改善造影功能、减轻副作用、提高稳定性为目的,研制了碘油—碘比多乳剂(lipiodol-iopamidol emulsion,LIE)。给家兔静脉注射这种造影剂
The use of simple CT or contrast-enhanced CT to find the difference between mild absorption of liver tumors and normal liver tissue is still difficult. Using the phagocytic function of the hepatic reticuloendothelial system, the authors developed a hepatic tissue-affinity contrast agent. Through CT, the location of liver tumors in the hepatic tissue was clearly delineated. The oily contrast agent lipiodol emulsion is most likely to be used clinically.
