民国时期中国移植国际法的历史 ,既是一个屈辱的、痛苦的理论和实践相分离的过程 ,也是一个中国人民逐步觉醒、持续与帝国主义抗争从而使中国的国际地位不断提高的过程。这一历史时期的实践 ,深刻揭示了“自己的权利要靠自己去争取”、“世界的和平要靠世界人民自己来维护”等现代国际法的精神实质。 China’s history of transplanting international law during the Republic of China was not only a process of separating humiliating and painful theories and practices, but also a process of gradually awakening the Chinese people and continuing their struggle against imperialism so as to continuously raise China’s international status. The practice in this historical period has profoundly revealed the spiritual essence of modern international law such as “one’s own rights should be pursued on their own” and “the peace of the world depends on the people of the world themselves.”
