我校是一所普通农村中学,新生录取工作在县中之后,去年开学初,我对高一四个班的新生进行了一次化学摸底考试。考试结果(3)班最差,平均成绩只有52.8分。就化学学习来说,这个班可以说是差班。如何提高差生的化学成绩呢?有关学生智力科学测试统计材料中指出:“差生的智力一般都在中等。”即差生的智力不一定差。且历史上智力中等通过勤奋而成材的例子也不胜枚举。这增强了我转变差生的信心。我相信只要热爱差生,采用正确的教学方法,启发诱导,差生是可以转变的。经过一学期的努力,期末考试(由县教研室命题)这个班的平均成绩达92.9分,其中有四个学生入学
