我们给54例克山病人进行心音图描记,目的在探求克山病之心音、额外心音及杂音性质,为今后临床工作提供客观资料.方法病例选择:本组病人多系居住患区4年以上(只一例居住一年半,另一例为四十天),在1960年春克山病流行期间,他们皆有程度不同的自觉症状,如头迷、头晕、心难受等,体检也可发现不同程度之心音、杂音及心律改变,71.4%之病人心电检查异常,60%X 光胸部照象有心脏扩大 We have 54 cases of Keshan patients with phonocardiogram, the purpose of exploring Keshan disease heart sounds, extra heart sounds and noise properties, to provide objective data for future clinical work.Methods: The patients with multi-line living area for more than 4 years (Only one case lived for a year and a half and another case was forty days).
