中学校长实名推荐制是由于教育制度供给不足和内部合法性危机而引发的一场教育创新。然而在创新过程中,高考选拔制度所形成的刚性“制度丛”限定了变革者的路径选择,人们对教育公平的制度期待也使得校长不敢不拘一格地选拔人才。同时,校长在特定文化背景下形成的认知使他们只能象征性地采纳创新。因此,只有鼓励变革者迈入具有风险的创新领域,并逐步实现创新的合法化,才能最终实现变革的初衷。
The real-name recommending system for middle school principals is an educational innovation triggered by the insufficiency of education system and crisis of internal legitimacy. However, in the process of innovation, the rigid system formed by the college entrance examination selection system limits the path choice of the innovators. People expect the system of education fairness to make the principals afraid to singularly select talents. At the same time, the perceptions that principals form in a given cultural context enable them to adopt symbolically only innovations. Therefore, the original intention of change can be finally achieved only by encouraging changers to enter risky areas of innovation and gradually realizing the legitimacy of innovation.
