笔者是一位从事班主任工作15年之久,管理学校德育工作的管理者,通过对班主任工作及班队活动现状的分析和研究,发现主题班会成为解决学生的一些事务性问题的班会,多数班级的班会课立意不高,内容贫乏,形式单调。为解决这些问题,让班队活动活起来,班主任需要树立全新的理念和紧密联系学科内容,这样才能体现学科教育的人文性,又能让班队活动活起来。
