目的:通过分析40株竹黄无性型菌株的菌落生长速度、菌落质地、基质菌丝颜色和分离方法,研究竹黄无性型菌株中这些指标以及它们与竹红菌甲素产量间的相互关系。方法:采用分光光度和显微观察等试验方法以及聚类分析和方差分析等生物统计方法。结果:通过聚类分析显示,竹黄无性型菌株的不同培养特征与菌株竹红菌甲素含量的相关性有明显差异。结论:在所试条件下,菌落基质菌丝颜色与菌株竹红菌甲素含量高低有最明显的相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between these indicators and the production of hypocrellin A in 40 strains of Atrachylococcus aureus by analyzing colony growth speed, colony texture, substrate mycelium color and isolation method of 40 strains of Atrachylococcus aureus. Methods: Spectrophotometric and microscopic methods such as experimental methods and cluster analysis and analysis of variance and other biometric methods. Results: The cluster analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the correlation between the different culture characteristics of Atrachylococcus aureus strains and the content of Hypocrellin A strain. Conclusion: Under the conditions of the test, the colony substrate mycelium color and the strain of Hypocrellin A content of the most significant correlation.
