在全国各地新城、卫星城建设如雨后春笋般出现的城镇化洪流中,出现所谓“鬼城”“千城一面”等城市怪病,引发学者思考。因此,如何优化城市旧城区的居住环境成为了近年来城市建设关注的重点。特别是对于增量土地异常紧缺的永嘉这样的城市,基于存量土地上的城市旧住宅区改造规划具有战略意义,更能直接有效地改善居住环境,提升城市品质。本文结合永嘉县的实际情况对城市旧住宅区改造规划进行探讨,望能够具有一定的借鉴意义。
In cities and towns floodplains that have mushroomed in new cities and satellite cities all over the country, so-called “ghost towns” and “thousands of cities and towns” have emerged, triggering scholars' thinking. Therefore, how to optimize the living environment of the old urban areas has become the focus of urban construction in recent years. Especially for cities such as Yongjia where the incremental land is extremely scarce, it is of strategic importance to reconstruct the urban old residential areas based on the stock of land, and it can directly and effectively improve the living environment and improve the urban quality. In this paper, the actual situation of Yongjia County, the transformation of old urban residential planning to explore, hope can have some reference.
