研制了基于SOS的胡杨200和胡杨700脉冲功率源。给出了胡杨200和胡杨700的电路原理、组成结构和实验波形。介绍了在SOS脉冲功率源上开展的高重复频率强流电子束产生、长寿命阴极实验、绝缘介质的高重复频率击穿实验和低引导磁场无箔二极管等实验研究进展。经测试,胡杨200在2 kHz重复频率、负载阻抗200Ω下,输出电压200 kV,脉冲宽度约35 ns,平均输出功率大于10 kW;在300 Hz条件下可连续运行。胡杨700同样为全固态脉冲功率源,其设计指标:输出电压700 kV,电流5 kA,脉冲宽度约40 ns;经初步调试在150Ω电阻负载上单脉冲输出指标达到660 kV,4.4 kA,脉宽约70 ns。
The SOS-based Populus euphratica 200 and Populus euphratica 700 pulsed power source were developed. The circuit principle, compositional structure and experimental waveform of Populus euphratica 200 and Populus euphratica 700 are given. The experimental research progress of high repetition rate high current electron beam generation, long life cathode test, high repetition frequency breakdown test of insulating medium and low guidance magnetic field non-foil diode are introduced in the SOS pulsed power source. After testing, Populus 200 with a repetition rate of 2 kHz, load impedance of 200Ω, the output voltage of 200 kV, pulse width of about 35 ns, the average output power is greater than 10 kW; 300 Hz continuous operation. The Populus 700 is also an all-solid-state pulsed power source. Its design specifications are: output voltage 700 kV, current 5 kA and pulse width about 40 ns. After preliminary debugging, the single pulse output index reaches 660 kV and 4.4 kA on 150Ω resistive load, About 70 ns.
