目的识别、分析某纸加工企业日常生产中存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出合理可行的职业病防护对策,为企业加强职业卫生管理工作提供依据。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》等职业卫生标准、规范,采用职业病现场调查,工作场所职业病危害因素检测等方法对该企业进行现状调查。结果该企业存在的职业病危害因素有四氯乙烯、丙烯酸和其他粉尘,经检测空气浓度均合格。印刷工、操作工接触噪声的8 h等效声级[85.6～92.5dB(A)]超过了职业接触限值。结论该企业采取的职业病危害防护设施、措施基本可行,存在的职业病危害因素基本能够控制,但需加强部分工作场所的噪声控制措施。
Objective To identify and analyze the hazards of occupational diseases in the daily production of a paper processing enterprise, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and put forward reasonable and feasible measures to prevent occupational diseases so as to provide the basis for enterprises to strengthen occupational health management. Methods Based on occupational health standards such as “Industrial Design Hygienic Standard”, the Company conducted a survey on the status quo of the enterprise through the field investigation of occupational diseases and the detection of occupational hazards in the workplace. Results The occupational hazards that exist in the enterprise include PCE, acrylic acid and other dusts, all of which have passed the test of air concentration. 8 h equivalent sound level [85.6-92.5dB (A)] for printers, operator contact noise exceeds the occupational exposure limit. Conclusion The occupational disease hazard protection facilities and measures adopted by the enterprise are basically feasible and the existing occupational disease hazards can be basically controlled. However, noise control measures in some workplaces need to be strengthened.
