十六大以来,中国共产党反腐败制度化进程明显加快,特别是加紧制定并颁布了《中国共产党党内监督条例(试行)》、加紧修改并颁布了《中国共产党纪律处分条例》。两个条例的颁布施行,标志着我国反腐败斗争制度化建设已经步入新的阶段,对于从根本上提高党内监督工作水平,全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程,将产生重大而深远的影响。因此,各级党组织和广大党员特别是领导干部要认真学习两个条例,深刻领会,坚决贯彻,务求实效。现编发一组学习两个条例的体会性文稿,旨在互相交流,形成互动,使学习两个条例掀起高潮,引向深入。
Since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the process of institutionalization of fighting against corruption has accelerated markedly. In particular, the CPC Central Committee has intensified the formulation and promulgation of the “Regulations for the Supervision of the Communist Party of China within the Party (Trial)” and stepping up the revision and promulgation of the “Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions by the Communist Party of China.” The enactment and implementation of the two Ordinances indicates that the institutionalized anti-corruption campaign in our country has entered a new phase. It will have a significant and far-reaching impact on fundamentally improving the level of inner-party supervision and comprehensively pushing forward the great new project of party building. influences. Therefore, party organizations at all levels and the majority of party members, especially leading cadres, should conscientiously study the two ordinances, profoundly understand and resolutely implement the actual results. We have now compiled and published a series of submissions to learn about the two Ordinances so as to promote mutual exchanges and interaction so that the two ordinances will be culminated and lead to deeper understanding.
