目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定保健食品中违禁药品西地那非方法。方法采用C18柱,250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm;流动相:0.05 mol/L磷酸三乙胺溶液(pH=3)∶甲醇∶乙腈=58∶25∶17,在291 nm波长处检测其含量。结果获得理想的分离效果,本方法最低检出浓度为0.18μg/m l,线性范围为0.584~292μg/m l,方法平均回收率为95.0%,RDS<10%。结论该方法适用于保健食品中违禁药品西地那非含量的测定。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of illicit drug sildenafil in health food. Methods C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol / L triethylamine phosphate buffer (pH = 3): methanol: acetonitrile = 58:25:17 and the content was measured at 291 nm. The results obtained the ideal separation effect. The detection limit of this method was 0.18μg / ml and the linear range was 0.584 ~ 292μg / ml. The average recoveries were 95.0% and RDS <10%. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of banned drug sildenafil in health food.
