本文对2146例尸检的病理与临床诊断进行了综合性比较与分析,结果表明各年代、各种疾病及各年龄组的诊断符合率各不相同。本文还对结核病、急腹症、脑血管病及小儿肺炎等几种常见病的不符合原因进行了分析和讨论。
This article comprehensively compares and analyzes the pathological and clinical diagnosis of 2146 autopsy cases. The results show that the diagnostic compliance rates of various ages, various diseases and different age groups are different. This article also analyzes and discusses the reasons for the non-compliance of several common diseases such as tuberculosis, acute abdomen, cerebrovascular disease, and pneumonia in children.
