随着社会发展和医疗卫生体制改革的不断深化,人力资源管理的竞争,逐步成为了公立医院医疗竞争的核心力量。人力资源作为医院的第一资源,在医院的发展建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。因此,如何使得医院人力资源编设合理、配比适当、结构优化,是现代医院之间竞争的根本。本文阐述了当前公立医院人力资源管理的现状,并对存在的问题提出相应对策,希望对于公立医院改革人力资源管理模式,解决医院发展过程中面临的主要矛盾,对于促进医院人力资源的有效开发和利用以及人才建设工作起到一定借鉴作用。
