采用频率9370MHz微波脉冲式输出,在不同的平均功率密度辐射下对豚鼠进行耳部照射,观察内耳功能与形态学改变及邻近眼球和脑组织的形态学变化。辐射强度为892mW/cm2和1917mW/cm2未造成内耳、眼球及脑的损害。强度为3281mW/cm2时发现耳蜗第二回外毛细胞有部份缺损,外壶腹嵴顶部毛细胞有部分缺损,并有周边空洞形成,脑组织中见有胞核固缩及白质轻度水肿,眼球无损害,在停止辐射后10天的动物中见颅内出血。所有受试动物ABR反应阀在实验前后均无改变,但冰水诱发眼震试验眼震持续时间在3281mW/cm2组的实验前后有明显改变。提示在平均功率密度低于2W时对内耳、眼球及脑组织不会造成损害。提出该强度可以作为临床微波治聋中能参考的安全剂量。
The frequency of 9370MHz microwave pulsed output was used to irradiate guinea pigs with different average power density. The function and morphological changes of the inner ear and morphological changes of adjacent eyeballs and brain tissues were observed. Radiation intensities of 892 mW / cm2 and 1917 mW / cm2 did not cause damage to the inner ear, eyeball and brain. The intensity of 3281mW / cm2 found that the second part of the outer hair cells of the cochlear defect, the top of the exocellular crest of hair cells have some defects, and the formation of peripheral voids, the brain tissue with nuclear condensation and white matter mild edema No eye damage, see intracranial hemorrhage in animals 10 days after stopping radiation. The ABR of all the tested animals did not change before and after the experiment, but the ice-water induced nystagmus duration of nystagmus in 3281mW / cm2 group before and after the experiment significantly changed. Tip at the average power density of less than 2W on the inner ear, eye and brain tissue will not cause damage. The proposed strength can be used as clinical microwave deafness in the safe reference dose.
