自1992年3月治疗非小细胞肺癌48例,其中放热化26例、单纯放疗22例;鳞癌39例、腺癌8例、类癌1例。采用高能X线常规放疗,DT50~70Gy;使用8MHzRF热疗机,放疗后30~60min内热疗,每次60min,温度41~43℃,每周两次、8~12次为一疗程;化疗在放疗后、热疗前或与热疗同时进行,每周1次。治疗结果:放热化组CR6例、PR13例、MR7例;单放组CR4例、PR9例、MR8例、NR1例。总有效率(CR+PR):放热化组73.1%、单放组59.1%,P>0.05。放热化组有5例CT示较大的肿瘤内有明显的低密度区,为肿瘤凝固性坏死征象。与热疗有关的反应为胸痛、心悸和轻度呼吸困难.
Since March 1992, 48 cases of non-small cell lung cancer were treated, including 26 cases of exothermic radiation and 22 cases of radiotherapy alone; 39 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 8 cases of adenocarcinoma, and 1 case of carcinoid. High-energy X-ray conventional radiotherapy, DT50 ~ 70Gy; use of 8MHzRF hyperthermia, 30 ~ 60min after radiotherapy hyperthermia, each 60min, temperature 41 ~ 43 °C, twice a week, 8 ~ 12 times for a course of chemotherapy; After radiotherapy, before hyperthermia or at the same time as hyperthermia, once a week. The results of treatment: exotherm group CR6 cases, PR13 cases, MR7 cases; single release group CR4 cases, PR9 cases, MR8 cases, NR1 cases. The total effective rate (CR+PR): 73.1% in the exothermic group and 59.1% in the radiotherapy group, P>0.05. In the exothermic group, 5 cases of CT showed that there was a significant low-density area in the larger tumor, which was a sign of coagulative necrosis of the tumor. The reactions associated with hyperthermia are chest pain, palpitations and mild dyspnea.
