我厂生产一种锡青铜离心铸件,其尺寸为φ330毫米,壁厚35毫米,长度200毫米。采用工艺参数:浇注温度1100±30℃,转速680转/分,模温在200℃以下。使用涂料:100目石英粉50%,水45%,水玻璃5%。浇槽先后采用过牛角式,侧缝式等。在上述工艺参数下采用两种浇槽均产生喇叭形气孔,最多时几乎100%是废品,后来笔者设计了一种新型的浇槽(见图1)。采用弯头的浇注流槽,通过几年生产实践,解决了喇叭形气孔的问题。现对喇叭形气孔产生原因进行分析:

Using process parameters: pouring temperature of 1100 ± 30 ℃, speed of 680 rev / min, the mold temperature below 200 ℃. Paint: 100 mesh quartz powder 50%, water 45%, water glass 5%. Casting tank has adopted a horns, side seam and so on. In the above process parameters using two kinds of pouring groove are trumpet-shaped holes, up to almost 100% of the waste, and later I designed a new type of pouring groove (see Figure 1). Using elbow pouring runner, through several years of production practice, to solve the problem of horn-shaped pores. The trumpet-shaped pores are now analyzed for the following reasons:
